This is our second time using Daniel and his team, The first time was for our kitchen, and this second time was for our bathroom. Both times were outstanding! Quality work, timely, professional, and great overall customer service. We highly recommend them!

This is the third home project my wife and I have completed through Ca Green Attic & Construction. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. The installed new drawers and retrofitted our existing built-in cabinetry for a new UHD TV and entertainment system. The drawers are great, the wood stain matches perfectly, and they added finishing touches to allow the new entertainment system to fit perfectly. It all looks as if it were designed and custom-built that way originally!

I hired them to renovate my kitchen and I thought Daniel was very good at communicating and the work was clean and well done. The quote was fair given the quality of the cabinets and I appreciated their design ideas. The kitchen is very nice now, and my family loves being in this new kitchen.

At the threat of sounding evasive, we really must state that "it depends." The scope of the bathroom remodeling dictates how long the project will take. For instance, if you are transferring your components and reconfiguring the room, the building will certainly take a little bit longer. However, it is necessary to keep in mind that moving components will normally require structure department permits, which will also contribute to the project time. Here's a sample timeline, for illustration purposes only, of a bathroom remodeling project that does not include relocating fixtures:Meet with a redesigning specialist for a Design Consultation and get a proposal (1 week).Meet at our display room, finalize the scope of the project and the terms of a Remodeling Agreement (2 to 3 weeks).Select all the products for the project (1 to 4 weeks).Materials are ordered and delivered (3 to 6 weeks).Demolition and removal of old materials and appliances (1 week).
The rule of thumb is that you should spend between 5 and 15 percent of their home's total value on your kitchen remodel. This is the optimum range for homeowners to spend and expect to recoup during a home's resale.
If you do not enjoy the current temperature that you have during hot summers or cold winters and you feel like your light bills are really high or the need to have your HVAC system on most of the time, then it might be a clear sign of having your attic insulated to prevent all of the previous events.
