They definitely need a different computer system to schedule rides! Ever since the temperatures have dropped to really cold get picked up way early and dropped off early with the early-morning rides that I have an end up standing outside in this freezing cold weather waiting for the businesses to open because they pick you up way too early and then drop you off before there's even any doors open and I'm not the only person this has happened to I've heard several people complain about this! This happens regularly and at one point I had to stand outside for almost an hour waiting to be picked up again because it was early and nothing was open to go into to stay warm! Please fix this problem because it's way too cold outside right now to leave people standing out in the cold!

I attend Norfolk Senior High school and on Wednesday’s there is a 2:00 dismissal. Its now 3:04 and I’m just now finally getting to my house. I had to wait for 20 minutes for the ride just to show up then another 20 on the bus sitting waiting for another bus just to leave. I usually have a decent time most of the days disregarding the fact that it takes almost a half hour just for them to show up almost every day but today was not decent at all.

I have had good experiences in the past. I called today and the person on the phone was rude and impatient. Poor customer service.John I am sorry to hear that, I just spoke with my staff as customer service is very important to Norfolk Public Transportation they say you are not a customer of ours possibly you were calling the cab company?
