Don't ever rent anything from this place they are complete thieves ! They make u pay in full for rental services and the rental isn't needed before the rental date they keep your money . Been renting heavy equipment for years from steele …Anthony, On 5/19/21 you reserved a 6” brush chipper to be picked up at 8AM on 5/20 and to be retuned at 8AM on 5/22. At the time the reservation was made you were informed of the rental policy, which you agreed to, and part of that policy is there are no changes or cancelations allowed once a reservation is made. You agreed to that policy not only at the beginning of the reservation but also before the payment was made. The reason we do not allow changes or cancelations is that when you make a reservation, we do not rent that equipment to anyone else for the time you reserved it for. If you reserved a machine and we rented it to someone else instead I am sure you would not be happy. On 5/20 you did not show up at your scheduled time to pick up the chipper, we made several calls to you on 5/20 as well as several more on 5/21, none of which you answered. You never called to inform us you could not use the machine or that you were not coming to pick it up. You finally called us the following week saying you needed to change your reservation (which was already passed), you were again explained our policy and then became very belligerent. I am sorry you feel you were treated unfairly but this policy applies to everyone who rents from us, if you felt our policy was unfair from the beginning and felt that there was a better rental store, I was curious as to why you did not rent it from them instead. After a phone call to another local rental store, I found out that reason, you damaged their mini excavator, and you owe them money for that damage, so you are no longer allowed to rent there. Again, I am sorry about how you feel, and I hope you have better rental experiences in the future. Matt

Don't ever rent from this place they robbed my cousin Anthony valera for $600 . They try to say he didn't call to cancel when he did , they never gave him a chance to rent anything else ,they just flat out robbed him for $600 . To answer …
