A big fat "ZERO STARS" for customer support!! The app won't let me do zero stars and still post this. I have been trying to get a problem fixed for 3 days and Verizon will not accept that the problem is theirs.

as of December 2020, everything is set up through the computer or the Verizon App. Don't bother heading over there, you'll be turned away without going online first. =(
They will meet you outside. Also masks 😷 are required
Mine does that too occasionally... Usually, I can just send it again and it goes through...
