Hazel Abel Park is a tiny gem in central Lincoln. I highly recommend visiting it on weekdays. On weekends, it tends to be booked for weddings, and even when not hosting an event, you may find yourself having to dodge photographers trying to capture wedding parties, senior pictures and engagement photos. When it's not filled with wedding guests or photoshoots, it's the perfect place to bring a book. The playground, like the park, is quite small, but the kids I know love it.

Cool park for the kids just wish they would clean up more there. Would be nice to see mini performances there something the neighbor hood could just sit down and listen to like jazz .

A quaint retreat from the hussle and bustle of downtown. Getting my feet wet.

Would be 5 stars, but the city hasn't collected garbage and the fountain is empty. Otherwise it's a beautifully maintained park that's very peaceful.
