Overwhelmed by the amount of things here, I started to think about how our consumer culture operates. And then I found a knick knack, a paddy wack and I went home without spending many bones.

Lots of goods in every corner of the store, and the clothing selection is very nice for the price! Highly recommend if you want some nicer quality clothes. It’s definitely one of my favorite thrift stores now! Just know that if you bring a large bag, they will hold for you at the counter until you are ready to pay or leave.

After all these years you'd think that they would finally put actual price tags on the items that they sell instead of just pulling prices out of left field. Wouldn't that just be easier so you know upfront what the item costs instead of going to the counter to ask Bill how much? I was interested in these bath towels that were granted very nice and they were extra large size. I asked a sales staff on the floor how much are the towels? and he didn't know so he asked Bill and Bill replied it depends on the size and then the sales associate held up the towel that I was interested in and Bill said large towels are $3. So I went back and grabbed a few more that was a great deal. Personally I think they're overpriced for a resale shop. Their furniture is reasonably priced and very nice but everything else I feel they really jack the prices up, especially the soft goods. Well when I went to pay he was going down the line of towels saying $3 $3 $3 and then last item was a little half teeny tiny tank top that was also $3. I thought that was a joke so I said forget the tank top I'll just take the towels. And that's when oh all of a sudden they're beach towels and beach towels are $5. After going back and forth with him explaining that when he saw the towel the first time he said $3. it was a pointless effort. he said well I'll meet you halfway $4 and at that point I just said forget it I won't take any of it. I don't know the whole thing was really weird I thought so I didn't get anything in the 1 hour and a half that I spent there trying to find something cuz the place is kind of challenging to navigate through. Today was the first time I've visited the green element and probably about 3 years and I don't think I'll be going back unfortunately.

I might. In what condition is the Britanica complete set, what year is published and what is the price.
Well that's a bit disingenuous on your part, he had on a face shield when you were there which he wears every day that he works, he also always has a mask around his neck which he offers to pull up for any one who wants him to use extra precatuion - he is 74 yrs old, reads & watches news everyday, as an adult person is well aware of the risks, as are most people by now. One of our customers who works in healthcare, cancer immunology & who lined him up with his vaccination at the armory said his wearing a shield instead of a mask is ok. That same awesome guy drove Marcy ( age 87 ) to get her vaccination half an hr each way because she missed getting it at the armory. Some people go out of their way to help others, and don't get into scolding. We have extra masks at the front desk for any customers who want one. We have signs posted for all customers to wear a mask & practice social distancing. We enforce mask wearing & have refused some customers entry who would not wear one.
