My Juki sewing machine was giving me some trouble, so I called Derek. He came to my home to fix and tune up my machine. It now runs like a champ! He is professional, knowledgeable, a pleasant person to be around, and even gave me some tips on how to keep things running smoothly. His service rates are also very reasonable.
