package sits at warehouse for a little over a week, 4 calls made to them as when is it getting delivered, was told that it should be delivered by Friday end of week and never received A phone call from anyone as to when, now i call again for the 5th time and told being sent back to shipper.. THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH..

Hello Everyone, We just ordered a washer and dryer from Lowes and Lowes made us email the third-party company that they hired to deliver the product to us. The delivery was late by 3 weeks and when the delivery date finally did come, the delivery company expected us to physically lift the washer and dryer out of their truck when they came to deliver the product. We went back and fourth through email and phone calls and there was absolutely zero good will coming from Lowes nor the delivery company Estes. The wording that they used in their emails and over the phone were unprofessional and we will never be ordering anything from Lowes again. During one of the back and fourth calls that I had to make (the customer) to the delivery company, they told me the shipment was dropped off outside of our home without a signature even though a signature was needed in order to be delivered. There were no clear and concise details ever whenever we went to call Lowes and Estes and the two companies did not have any good will when it came to customer service. When the washer and dryer got hooked up, the dryer runs HORRIBLY and does not dry the clothes at all. (Paid $800 for this dryer).

This Company is a joke, they never answer a phone call ,they will put you on hold and after 45 minutes waiting for ,they disconnect the phone. They have oure items since Saturday and still not even trying to contact us , shame …Diane, thank you for letting us know about this.
