Today I had very horrible experience here. I was confused about three powder and I asked help from one of the employees but she told me she (Jenny) is not sure. So I ask the manager I’m not sure he or she name Aldo while was doing one of the employees makeup but he told me “No”, I said why?! He told me he is busy….! I told him is Emplooye’s make up important or costumer? I told him I just want to give you feedback if you treat customers like me no one is going to come here. He told me he doesn’t care about my feedback. When I wanted the powder I choose he said go grab in the shelf by yourself. After I done I went to check out I told jenny I just give hime feed back but he said he doesn’t care. Jenny told me yea we really don’t care about your feedback. It really hurt me how the treat me, I’m not willing to go to this store. I feel bad for the owner of this store.
