It looks like a decent trailer court. Some trailers need fixing and some tenants need to clean up their lots. The road in by the row of mail boxes closest to the police station desperately needs some tlc and much better road maintenance in the winter. But the court has a nice setting. A country sense to it , even tho it's close to town.

I don't know about rentals. No dogs inside or outside. Inside cat is allowed.
