This facility is a horrific excuse for a rehab center. Resident’s rooms are filthy, staff is inexperienced and has no sense of what it means to be empathetic. Sarah Patterson’s (their so called business manger) first question was if there was a life insurance policy! There was no sympathy for the situation, and it was evident that the end goal was to collect her monthly quota. Sue Fedor (director of nursing) made me feel like I was attending a time share presentation when I visited, and the male social worker lacked compassion. The night shift nurse April and the early shift nurse Tiffany failed to take vitals which resulted in a hospital visit. Residents are not provided water, much less an adequate meal for someone on a restricted diet. When I asked when lunch would be served, there was stuttering and no evident answer. I’d say liquid thickener mixed with ginger ale is not an adequate meal replacement! Please keep your loved ones away from here if you want their quality of life to be maintained!
