By far one of the worst experiences I ever had at a dealership. I realize we are living in a world where car prices are at an all time high, however the salesperson showed no incentive for a purchase to be made. Further more, questions were asked about the vehicle that the sales person did not have answers to, and no follow up was ever made on their behalf. As for management- they did not impress, either on the phone and in person. They did not show "customer service" skills and based upon remarks and "a lack of welcoming" it made my decision a lot easier to go elsewhere.
