I got there just a few minutes before closing. The clock showed that it was not 5 PM yet but she said she needed to do paperwork so she put out the closed sign and refused to even sell me an envelope

For over a year and half now I’ve been getting the previous renters mail. I’ve been to the USPS location for my apartment over 10+ times i even write on the mail “return to sender doesn’t live here” the mail still comes back. What else can i do???

what I recommend you to do, is go to the main post office in Hollywood which is in 14900 sw 30 st Miramar, fl 33027 and spoke with the supervisor.
