I don't think an hour is enough to thoroughly see everything this place carries. Remember the old hardware stores that carried everything you could possibly need? This is the place! They have everything you need and even everything you didn't know you needed! They even had a heating pad for my messed up back. Be sure to ask where something is if you're in a hurry. Otherwise enjoy the friendly atmosphere you won't find at a big box store. Their gardening section is unbelievable!

They do not rent vehicles. They do rent various power tools at a decent price, though. However a lot of their tools have seen a job or two and sometimes don't work correctly. They do give refunds when this happens.
What kind you looking for? They have good paints just all depends what your looking to spend just like anywhere else. Benjamin Moore is a really good paint. Comparable to the higher end paints at say lowes or Sherwin Williams. Again it all comes down to your budget.
They don't exchange, they refill, which is cheaper than replacement
