I came to Eternal Valley Memorial to bury my child. It was a difficult time to process and make arrangements, but working with the staff was very comforting. Costs for an arrangement is very expensive, and being able to adjust certain services or products did help my budget. The service was very smooth and on time. After the services were completed, I’ve had to call the office with a few questions and have not been contacted. I have also called for a clean up of the flower arrangements left on cleanup day and have yet to hear or have the area clean. I would like to build a relationship with Eternal Valley in situations like these, not sure if I’m asking for much. Overall experience was memorable.

At the onset of meeting Laura Morales and Danny Diamond, they demonstrated concern, sympathy and respect for our loss. They walked us through the services, the plots available, etc., They took their time to answer our questions. They thoroughly explained the entire process. My 2 children and I are grateful for their understanding. We were in good company.

Eternal Valley does not buy back plots. You can sell them on the open market(Craigslist etc) or contact a plot broker to help you sell them.

All the places in Stevenson's Ranch are close enough, nice clean places, with lots of places to eat and shop. Residence Inn is one of them right by the freeway. Or if not the side street s are easy too. Hope this was helpful.
