Worst service issues, I have had my Range Rover for 7 years , recently ordered a new $125,000 vehicle but on the brink of cancelling my order . Had my AC worked on in January , worked for 6 months, then same issue came back, waited 4 weeks to get the car looked at. Worked for 2 weeks then down again, gettingTaiwo to get back to you is a days/weeks stretch, their online booking is a joke. Getting a loaner is almost impossible these days and the excuses are from , we are building a new service department to the parking lot is been delayed …. On an on…. I am just about to buy a Ford 150 for a while until they get their act together ….

Above and beyond. I have to be honest, I'm new to the FLL area, just by reading some of the review on google I wasn't sure how my experience is going to be with LR FLL. Had my car serviced last week and it turn out to be one of the best experience I've ever had. I got in early in the morning as instructed by the service advisor, my advisor Hila helped me to sign up the account, explained in detail and options I have for the service. Answered all my questions before set me up a Lyft to take me home. She kept me updated with service progress during the day, checked in on me see if I need a ride when the vehicle is ready, it really just took me 15-20 mins to get in and out. I have always had great experience with LR sales and services, and in my opinion, they go above and beyond for their customers and FLL dealership doesn't disappoint. I highly recommend to request to speak to a advisor directly when you really needed help.
