When i dropped off the car no offered me a rent a car until after the car was done. It took over 6 weeks to get done and when i got it back it still was not right. The over charge me by $500 which i did not agree with. When i picked up the car the abs and skip light came on. The car needed alignment and the container for the brake fluid and the power steering were half full. The connector for brake was not even connected. There is a noise on the front left of the car that could have caused from the engine replacement. I now have to spend and $300 to get the car right. They charged for hoses that were never replaced. They are a rip off. I got charged $1169 for something that should have been free. BS My second experience this time totally different than the previous visit my service advisor name was Evelyn and from the time I had the car delivered she would call every couple of days to let me know what the update on the car was. After getting ready to pick up the experience was still good but just a suggestion it would be nice to know that when you drop off the car for recall work that you should let the customer know before that they can get a rent a car while there vehicle is getting worked on not at time of pick up. My service advisor Jerome Dunlap was excellent he kept me informed about my vehicle and he understood that I needed to be out by a certain time and he did he’s best. I was very impressed with him. The only bad part was the cleaning of the vehicle I know that was not his part.

Don't know about the Sephia but I paid a few hundred to have a new factory key programmed and installed. I tried an after market key that looked identical but it didn't work and it has to be programmed at the dealer. This applies to the key fob part of the key. Mine is a 2011 optima

If you have a keyless entry you can't lock your keys inside. It will not lock.
