Unfortunately that was something that I have not nor ever experienced since my calls were never answered and I had driven all the way down to Miami. Then he got defensive about it stating that it makes him wonder. An appropriate response would have been that it made him wonder why his staff did not answer the phone that lost my business. But I suppose he had a bad day when he responded since that kind of reply that he left was unprofessional and have since hired someone else for my daughter's photo shoot.
For what my fiance and I paid we did not get our money's worth. The pictures came out horrible. On top of that he got defensive with his reply and wrote non-sense and then hearing that he attacks other businesses? What a jerk.
