Had this store pack and ship a 60 lb awkward shape outboard motor....several external fragile elements on this are particularly concerning when shipped. Packaging required super heavy bubble wrap, thorough protection of fragile extremities, and construction of a custom box. A+ service. Communications were effective, constant and professional. Motor arrived across the country undamaged. Spectacular! I really appreciate the service!!!!

Literally wish this place didn’t exist. I went in to return an amazon product (which I’ve done 100 times before without issue) upon walking in both of the women working were chatting with each other totally ignoring me. Finally one of them decided to step away and help me. First her attitude was not good, like she was totally annoyed that I was standing in front of her despite my polite demeanor. I was returning a baby bouncer that had broken and she asked if I could break the item down anymore than it was. I was kind of confused because I actually returned this same bouncer about a month earlier for breaking and never had to do that. So I tried to disassemble it to the best of my ability. She scanned my Amazon code after and printed off the label and then said it was going to be $12 to ship it back. I was super confused, she said I had to purchase a box to send it back. After some back and forth so I could understand better the other lady working there chimed in with her own snarky remarks and both women kind of started berating me for not knowing. I finally took the seat and said I would be back but since the lady already scanned my code I now have to jump through amazons hoops to get another one. Why Amazon works with this company is beyond me. Do better UPS Perrysburg!

I would not give them one star. I called 9:00 a.m. this morning it's 12:19 and still no call back. I needed to know if they had a notary working there today it said to leave a message to see if there was a notary. So very disappointed In this UPS so I went to the one in Sylvania, Ohio. It wouldn't let me post until I gave 1 star. The owner that just messaged me. That's very unprofessional first of all. I understand being busy . I used to work retail and I was a manager can you tell me why I never received a call back all day. You are open until 7 p.m. nobody called me back. Maybe you need to hire more people. I am also a customer you have a nice day.
