I’m really disappointed that all of the Harmon’s in my area just stopped making Frogeye salad. A favorite for a lot of Harmon’s patrons. It’s been months and months and months. They told me that “corporate” had problems with their vendor that produced the pasta for this dish. Just hard to believe a high end grocery chain can’t figure out a temporary solution.

I ordered two party food trays for June 3. When I went to the Holladay store to pick them up they didn't have the order. The young man comped 2 seven layer dips for me which was the right thing to do since that's one of the things i I ordered. When I asked for credit for my entire order he was unable to do it, telling me it was my responsibility to contact "office support". I called that afternoon and left a message. Same on Saturday (I assume they're closed). Now I have to keep trying to get credit of over $50 for the mistake they made.if. this is poor customer service! Interesting lt enough, one of the other guests at the party had also ordered from Harmon's and theirs order wasn't there either 🤔 😅

The store on Redwood road has been my grocery store for 10 plus years. I am ready to give up on this poorly managed store. It lacks cleanliness and courteous service. I get my groceries delivered most of the.time. I expect more for my $15. There are constant mixup no apologies last order still lacks items
