Extremely rude service. When I asked clarification on a discrepancy between the delivery timeframe posted at the post office and what the representative was communicating, the representative simply repeated what she had said before, with no explanation or clarification for the discrepancy. This was not customer service, this was a robot trained not to think nor provide a courteous, well informed service.

Be aware, they ship my package and it never arrived on the destination and nobody knows where is it, and they don't care about it either,..

Review on accessibility/ usability- There were 4-5 different handicap spots, however there was insufficient space for side-loading in the handicap spots. There were two ramps with handrails to enter the building. The width of the ramp was wide enough for wheelchair use. There were no automatic doors/ push button for entry, but they were accessible to a wheelchair and most would be able to open it with two fingers. Due to limited workers, there was no one around to assist with any tasks. Therefore, someone with a mobility issue or low vision may struggle at this location independently. There was plenty of natural light within the building, however, there was dim lighting by the service countertops. The building offered a very wide, flat- de-cluttered, non-slip space with plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair if necessary. There were counters that were high-top for standing individuals but also shorter countertops for those in a wheelchair to access.
