I used to like this store. Key word USED TO. I’m not sure what’s going on but the customer service at DSW went down. I’ve been at this store and ordered online within the last 4 months and each order was incorrect or waited 2-3 weeks for shoes that was in stock. Ordered shoes last week and picked it up yesterday. Got home, opened the box and it was 2 different style shoe in the box. Im not sure what’s going on but You guys lost a customer today. I wont be shopping in your store ever again. It’s to much headache, or hoops you gotta jump through to get great service. It’s always a problem to get the correct show you order on time.
