Every time I go here they deserve 1 star.. and I leave 9 5 star reviews for every 10 I do you have to be terrible to get one star. My wife just gave birth, emergency situation, on call doctor graciously called in prescription. I go in its late and nobody is there but me. It took staff around 10 minutes to address me; was visibly flustered making it uncomfortable, and it got more uncomfortable by the minute as staff is complaining on phone and taking drive thru orders ahead. World doesn't revolve around us and I understand staff is very busy and frustrated, but in postions like pharmacist you would hope for more professionalism and less awkward exchange that is dragged out. I more blame management for sticking the poor employee solo overnight and providing 0 help or assistant. From a large corporate conglomerate like cvs, its beyond unacceptable. And this is nothing new with the big ones; cvs, rite aid, walgreens... cvs is by far the worst and its wherever you go, no matter what area. I stopped supporting large pharmacies years ago (wife hasnt which is why I am here now), and it was the biggest night and day shift in service I can think of. I don't even have to be in a mom and pop pharmacy for more than 60 seconds half the time picking up prescriptions, and that is not an embellishment. I know those of you who go to cvs will call BS, but it's not. Save yourself the stress, the ridiculous wait 100% of the time, the underpaid and overworked staff.. ever notice how miserable most cvs pharmacists are? It is close to a safe bet that you've experienced this. At your local Mom and Pop (I've gone to plenty as I've relocated in this general area and they have all been excellent), you get genuinely friendly service and concern. Also for cvs if you're reading this, I waited a couple days to post. As much as the service was exceptionally poor, I hate to see anyone lose a job or be reprimanded, as this to me is a management / corporate level issue. I personally will never support cvs pharmacies unless there is no other choice, and I feel this was the last straw for the wife too who was in serious pain the other night waiting for medicine. I would say I write this in hopes they get better, but from my personal experience, cvs pharmacy has been aweful for over a decade I don't see that changing anytime soon. Staff appropriately, set hours you can acceptably accommodate, and the perception of me and many others will change.. 2.6 stars is no surprise to me.

Love this store, I always get great deals because I am a member. Like items buy one, get 50 percent off second and the 40 percent off coupons they always send me plus my ten dollars to spend every month. Great inventory always and fantastic friendly store and customer service employees. Thank you. Glenn Harvey, Warminster PA

They never answer the phone spend over 2 hrs on hold if i even get a person have to show up in person all for them to refill my prescription; that is never ready though they calledcabd leftca voicemail saying YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY. And noone seems to care about all my time wasted.

Waited over an hour to get my prescription filled for strep throat. It was ridiculous. The line wasn't even long yet several other people also had ridiculously long wait time. You would think they would actually like to get sick people out of there store but apparently not. Between the urgent care and the pharmacy it took me an extra 3 and a half hours to get home from work, something a sick person that needs rest shouldn't be worrying about.
