They have a couple of really rude employees that have an attitude every-time they have to bag an amazon return and label it. That's a severe issue and they need to correct it. Other than that the prices here are insane.

We have done a number of amazon returns at this location and they are always efficient, helpful, and competent. We often comment after a drop off how great the staff is and how they make this one errand much easier to run. I have often been helped by Max and he is always very quick and helpful, if his manager is reading this then give that man a bonus!

This is the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. I paid for a box and packing and they used a box that said Samsung on the side. When I went in to ask about it, they denied that was true. So then my wife goes in to speak with the manager he told her that they would issue a refund if I had the receipt. So I go in about 20 minutes later with receipt in hand and they said the would NOT issue a refund. So I started filming them and my experience and they told me to leave and that they would call the police. I absolutely will never use this store again.

Yes. They usually have 2 big bins to the right after you go on. One of for ups packages with a label and the other is for pre-labeled USPS packages.

No Dropbox, but if you come on in, we will try to get your shipment scanned in quickly. We can also offer you a receipt for it as well.
