The associates act like it's Manhattan or Paris not an outlet in Hershey PA. Quality has gone down so much. Is Coach even still a luxury brand anymore? Were they ever, or just a cheap imitation of Hermes?

Bought a new Coach purse and wallet. The handle webbing was coming off which I thought was odd for the amount I paid for it. When I took it back to the store, they said sure we can fix it. It would only take them sending it back and it costing $125.00 to $150.00 to pay to fix it. Last Coach purse and wallet I will buy. Just my opinion!!!!!

Sales Associates were nice and helpful. Didn't find that must have bag that screams "Buy Me Please" The past few years, Coach Outlet hasn't been my go to any more. Their designs have declined.

The Coach website should have. Purse cleaner on it. That's where I got mine from. But that was years, year's ago.
