Our tech was neither courteous or professional; he complained the entire time he was working on our unit, was not knowledgeable about our fridge, argued with me regarding the water filter placement in my fridge, and seemed generally irritated he had to work. Sears has provided great service in the past, but if this tech is sent to my home again, I will quickly send him away before he even steps foot in my door.

Repairman was in my home on Thursday and issue resurfaced in less than a week. I paid a lot of money for a "cheap bandaid" repair. Totally unsatisfied and disappointed!! The issue is worse and I am expected to wait a month for them to come back out

I have not had a stove since January the repair man came out three and none of the parts he ordered work I cannot seem to get a stove and I need a stove I waited all afternoon and no showed up nor called me I am upset
