People! I give this place , people, customer service, doctors, attention, 5 star. I went with my dog to sleep him and Bryan was the first angel for me, my family and my 🐶 dog. The first moment he answered the phone he was the angel on this hard moment. When we arrived to the hospital the front desk was so welcoming. The doctor Laura Lantigua was a mother for me and my dog as her teamwork. They respected every moment and the experience turned peacefull. Thank you all! To be so good with my dog karamel!!! I have been fortunate enough to have always found good vets for my pups. This one, though, is hands down the best vet I’ve ever been to! The staff goes above and beyond to support, and are overall just really sweet people despite the long hours they must be working. They absolutely LOVE animals, it’s so obvious, and practically treated my dog as their own. Their prices are fair, they never make you feel like you’re asking too much, and they’re super responsive. I feel so grateful to know them and now love them!! Thank you VCA Knowles!

I would recommend you don’t take your loved pet to this location. Took mine about two weeks ago when he unfortunately passed in our home to be cremated. So disorganized. With a moment so personal, you would expect the staff to take this seriously. Their staff did not prepare his paw prints as requested. Because of this and the long time I awaited for his ashes when I was told it could take up to a week? I’m not even sure the ashes i got are my little one. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. If they were disorganized with such a personal moment, I can’t imagine how they would be in a critical moment. Take them somewhere else.

I have to honestly rate my experience a 5 star ⭐️. I had to make a sad decision but it was time for me to send my little buddy ( a Himalayan cat ) to cat heaven. He had turned twenty years old and it was time. I remembered passing VCA Knowles and made the phone call. I must say from the call , to all staff who I came in contact with ,everyone was kind, understanding, and very compassionate . The vet who handled the procedure was very gracious and empathetic. The experience was more than I expected since I was a stranger really just walking in for the first time. With all that said I give my thanks, compliments, and would highly recommend VCA Knowles to all who would need veterinary care. Ray smith jr
