I’ve never written a review before on anything but I felt I had to say something. This morning I called just to ask some general questions and speak to someone. I pressed 1 that takes me directly to a secretary or operator (not sure), she didn’t even state her name. However, she was rude from the first moment she picked up like she didn’t want to be on the phone with me or if simply my call bothered her. I explained to her what I needed and she asked me questions but in a belittling matter, but I kept my composure. She then tells me to hold that I can leave a voicemail but doesn’t even tell me who she is transferring me to and as I’m speaking she just transfers me and cuts me off. I leave the voicemail, but I still have no information. I call back just to see if I can get an email or at least the persons name and she immediately picks up and says “Why are you calling again.” I explained to her that nobody picked up and I left a voicemail and if she can maybe help me out and transfer me to someone else or give me an email. She basically tells me she doesn’t want to help me and all I can do is leave a voicemail and hangs up. I’ve never been treated this way by someone for no reason and I still had no answers to any questions. I call one more time and try to explain nicely that I just needed help and she picks and again rudely tells me “You’ve called already 3 times what to you want,” I asked her why has she been so rude from the first moment I called and she basically didn’t have an answer and tells me to hold that she has someone on the other line “asking the same questions” I wait and wait and then she just hangs up on me. I wasn’t rude to her and I felt I had plenty of patience with her but it is unacceptable that someone just treats people this way for no reason. All I had was questions and all I got was treated badly. I wish I knew her name but I am sure whoever reads this from the department probably knows who it is because someone with an attitude like that just to a stranger probably has that attitude all the time. I don’t know where else to go for information and at this point I don’t know who else to call because she obviously doesn’t want to help me so if someone can reach out to me on this review and help me out that would be great.
