It was an incredibly unpleasant & unprofessional job. They quoted me a price and I signed a paper that said it would not exceed that amount and then they charged my credit card almost $600.00 more. My furniture was not protected and wrapped up and it's severely damaged. They have not been responsive or made amends. I filed a claim but have not heard back. I chose this company because they claimed I would have everything wrapped up and protected. They could not get my couch in elevator so it was shoved in and severely damaged it. I just purchased this couch a couple of months ago brand new and it is a white leather couch. They left it in the lobby and I live in a condo association. That is absolutely unacceptable. The movers said they would come back and they never did. The job was unfinished and I had to hire another company to come in and finish the job. That was another $600.00. I am so frustrated and hope that this helps get my situation resolved. I need reimbursement and replacement of my dining room table that is scratched and I have hired a leather repairman to come to my home to assess the damage to my sectional. They also cracked the tile in my new condo and put unnecessary holes in wood floor. Someone please help me get this resolved immediately. 🙏 😥

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Two Men and a Truck! I work for a local non-profit, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County, and I was in need of assistance in transporting 500 backpacks to an event for a Back-to-School giveaway for youth in need. I called 5 moving companies to see who could help and I just so happened to get the owner of Two Men and a Truck Fort Lauderdale on the phone when I called. I told her about my organization and what we were looking for and she informed me that the date I was asking about was the busiest day of the month and every truck was in use. I went to thank her and hang up, but she told me that no matter what, she would find a way to help us. And she did! The marketing team, Alexa Lanier and Billy Laguerre, went above and beyond for us. Billy came by the office the day before the event and packed up all of our backpacks and organized them in two vans. When they arrived at our event, they stayed the entire day and distributed backpacks to our families. After the event, they dropped off all of the backpacks at our office. I could not be more grateful for their generosity. If you want a team with real HEART, these are your guys!
