My mom was admitted here from 7/17/22- 7/21/22. Three of those days were in the CCU and one and a half was on the tele unit. The staff was amazing, compassionate, patient, and informative. Katie, Cory, Crystal, Dustin, and Brooke were the best nurses any patient could ask for. The ER staff helped my mom into the hospital promptly upon arrival and everyone was great for the rest of her stay. Thank you to all the staff. Keep up the hard, often thankless work!

I wish I could give a zero!! Because this is the absolute worse hospital. I went four times in one week before finally going to Knoxville to confirm I was about to die and thank god knoxville actually listened to me and ran test. This hospital kept telling me I was having panic attacks and ran no tests!! Treated me like I was crazy. They also talk about patients like “here comes Linda that crazy lady again” how unprofessional!! And when my father stayed they tried to feed him a piece of meat covered in black mold. Disgusting hospital. Update 2 : was rushed to this hospital unconscious yet again for a second time and hooked up to broken machines. All the heart monitor machines were broken I’m assuming they hook you up just to collect the insurance money. If I have a choice next time I’ll chose another er.

Skip this hospital. If you don't die in there you'll be harrsed till you pay your bills. Atlest 3 calles a day to try to talk to you. Doctors in the ER are barely competent enough to be a general care doc, Let alone being an er doc.

Skip this hospital. If you are hurt or injured they will just ship you to another hospital cause they can't help you or will completely misdiagnose you. Then afterwards they will harass you with up to 3 phone calls a day to pay your bill …

Not at all. Emergencies are always seen first.
