Came here for a quick lunch. Sat at the bar. The bartender was a bit frazzled and/or overworked. He was nonstop. Took some time to get acknowledged, myself and guests that followed. My order, as simple as it was, was incorrect. Just minor things, but simple enough they shouldn't have been made. My my drink was given without ice, which I asked for ice, and I received the lunch portion when I asked for dinner size portion. The lady sitting next to me had questions and was asking for recommendations and he wasn't entertaining her. She should have "read the room" that he was busy, but from a customer standpoint, it would have taken 10 seconds to make eye contact, answer question or two, and offer a recommendation.

Unfortunely, my recent visit to this location was quite unpleasant. The building was incredibly hot and poorly ventilated. It was so uncomfortable that I lost my appetite all together. Looking at other reviews, I see this has been an ongoing issue for months—and I am unsure why it has gone unaddressed, and why management at this location thinks this sauna is acceptable for patrons and staff. I have always considered The Cheesecake Factory to have reliably consistent food—but that no longer rings true. The quality of the food has taken a sharp decline, even though the prices have increased considerably. Last, but not least, this location was filthy—the restrooms were very unclean; and the tables, menus, and floors were all sticky. The only reason I am giving this restaurant two stars is because the server was decent, and the bread was warm. I will not waste my time or money here again.

Ac didn't work, manager said they were working on it. We sweated so much that I rushed to pay the bill and leave. Diane steak has too much black pepper on it .... guacamole dip is not longer available 😔....not a good experience.
