Ordered pizza and waited 45 minutes downstairs and they did not deliver. When we called, the manager said the driver returned to the store with the pizzas without an explanation. They said they would make new ones and deliver them immediately and refund the cost. They get one star for the refund. When the pizzas finally came... They were cold. Literally cold. They sent us the same pizzas from 2 hours earlier. This place is horrible and we will never order from them again.

The hours for Domino's on Coastal Highway in Lewes, DE indicates that the store closes at 1am, but when I attempted to place an order around midnight, I received a phone call stating that they were not taking orders at that hour. Unacceptable.

I won’t deal with the Lewes Dominos again! I found a Domino’s insulated pizza delivery bag that a delivery person must have dropped. I called and said they could pick it up by my front door the next time they were in the area. The manager said I should drop it off “because its their property “. When I said I wasn’t going to do that, she hung up on me! I guess she didn’t want it!!!
