I began going to Paint when I was pregnant and had multiple issues with the nail techs hurting my cuticles. I let them know. They did nothing. I only continued going there because they're nontoxic. Still, their customer service worsened. My second to last visit was booked through their online system. I asked for a specific person but she was only assigned to my pedi. They said that's how their online system does it? A few weeks ago I was supposed to have a pedicure with my sister. Instead, they switched her appointments around, completely disregarded my note on their online system that I was to be seated next to her, and was talked down to by management ("I'm sure you know the cancellation policy" when I asked if I could cancel since I wouldn't be able to be with my sister due to their rearranging). Since they moved my sisters services she finished before me and ended up sitting on the floor besides me. Not once did anyone offer her a chair/cushion so she could at least be comfortable after they botched the entire arrangement. Very disappointed. This franchise lacks integrity, is rude, unfriendly, and overpriced. Avoid them at all costs.

The only reason I give 1 star is because the place downgraded big time the quality of their products and raised their prices. So it is not even worth it. I give 5 stars for cleanness and costumer service, but the fact they are using dollar stores creams, scrubs and so on leave me very disappoint it.
