Absolute gods over at Daniel Jewelry. I was in the market to upgrade a necklace I had. I did ALOT and i mean ALOT of research before making my decision where to go. Everybody else was charging too much, and when you increased sizing, prices and weight weren't adding up. Daniel jewelry was the complete opposite. Prices were fair and the math added up consistently when changing widths and lengths. I bought one necklace to start, the day it arrived, I went to the post office immediately and mailed in other necklaces I had to get credit towards my next purchase. While waiting on the second necklace to arrive, I paid for a matching bracelet. I'll be totally honest, my second necklace had some issues, I called them ready to have to prove my case and argue. There was no need, they were very understanding and they even paid for postage to ship it bac. They fixed it, and still had it back to me before I expected to originally receive it. I went on vacation and broke the clasps on both my necklaces by my own fault. I called when I returned from vacation, they fixed both necklaces free of charge due to being under warranty. I decided to trade my last rope chain in and upgrade to a Franco. Seriously I can't find a reason to complain or talk badly. I get compliments all the time, and refer everyone to Daniel jewelry. Anybody reading this that is skeptical about paying online, or sending in there gold, or anything else for that matter... put your mind at ease. These guys are legit as they come, and stand behind what they sell. I'm sad that I feel I don't need any more jewelery, because I'd love to do more business with them. I guess I'll have to wait until I get married to get my ring from them lol. Seriously guys hats off to you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for what you provided and backing it up when I had issues.
