This is the very last time that i order from Dominos. Asked for Brooklyn style pizza half cheese and half pepperoni/onions with lite sauce. The way the pizza was built it wasnt even half pep/onion more like a whole and he cut it in a messed way that every piece had either an onion or pepperoni on it ... with a spoon of sauce in the middle STICKING WITH J&G ... I placed an order while at work (at a different dominos) who never delivered my order after 3 hours. After that time I went home and called to explain I never received my order and that I would simply like it delivered to my home address. They apologized and informed me they dont deliver to my home address but came transfer me to one that does. This is the dominos they transferred me to. Before transferring me to this dominos he explained that there would be no cost of the new order due to the error on their part. Once I was transferred the manager of this dominos, Alexa, took my order and tried to charge me again. This is where my one star review comes in. I explained that the previous employee said there would be no charge since I already paid for an order that was never received and she said that's not how this works and hung up on me. Obviously upset I called back and wanted an explanation of why I was hung up on and she responded with because you're trying to get free food (Again I had already paid for an order I never received) and I responded that she had no reason to hang up on me and Alexa responded with I had many reasons and hung up on me again. That was the worst experience I've ever had with a Domino's or with food service in general. If I could give a place zero stars for that experience I would.

Worst place, was waiting for pizza for 1.5 hour, called them twice, girl on the phone said, that no drivers available at the time. Finally asked for cancelation, girl was so rude, she said: so dont order from this place, thats what im gonna do in the future, no more Dominos. Worth 0 stars.

I live across from the pizza place. Waited over an hour and a half for my pizza. Was sick and couldn't pick it up.. my delivery driver went 20 minutes out if the way to deliver to another customer before bringing mine to me. The manager and associate were very rude to me on the phone. They talked over me and hung up on me twice. I was trying to understand why I was delivered to last. I was offered no compensation. Instead I was yelled at. Terrible customer service. My food was freezing cold. Don't order from here. Kid finally got to my house and walked across my snow covered lawn instead of walking up the driveway. Rude. I ordered a specialty pizza with Alfredo sauce... It came with marinara on it also.... I didn't add it. Who puts red sauce with white sauce?!
