I have come here twice in the last two months wanting a milkshake, and both times the employees working have denied the milkshakes. The first time was a guy who said that they just “couldn’t do it right now”. I came tonight and the girl said that she couldn’t because she’s alone and it’s too busy. The first time I was denied there were two people on shift so I don’t really understand the logic. Why advertise milkshakes if your employees refuse to make them for customers? If you want a milkshake, I suggest going somewhere else because it’s not guaranteed at Lulu’s…..
