Boiling Springs is lucky to have a full service grocery store right in the community with the best meat department of any grocery store chains. The Boiling Springs store is smaller than most but that’s one of the benefits. Easy in and out.

I love going to Karns. So Friday during work I stopped to grab usual chicken strips and broccoli salad. Just a small broccoli salad and the price was a waste. I could not eat it. The moment it touch my tongue I knew something was wrong. It tasted so spoiled, warm and almost like cleaners. Never had a problem till that experience

Karns Foods continues to follow all CDC and PA Department of Health Guidelines. In addition to mask wearing, sanitation schedule, temperature checks for team members and encouraging social distancing Karns has installed an antiviral air system into all locations. Practices and policies continue to change as needed.
