worst experience I’ve ever had at a PF changs. Ashley ignored the staff and ignored the customers. I also heard her yelling and cursing at staff in front of guests and i thought it was extremely inappropriate. Also when I tried to give a compliment about my server I was met with hostility and being told that the server one of the worst she’s ever seen. My server did a great job and deserved a nice tip, because of how Ashley who is the general manager treated her staff and other people I will never return to this location.

Delicious great food. Moderately priced... Love it..... now two and a quarter years into covid the prices are up just a few dollars but the place is still packed still love eating there the food is delicious freshly-made I still highly recommend it Highly recommend...! Food is a bit more expensive but so is everything now with inflation... Still love the fresh Asian cuisines! Still great food.. Many positions have been altered people wise.... But delicious!

The service isn't the fastest, however the food, prices and atmosphere are good.

I don't think they have a private party room but I've booked group events there so I know a table or several can be reserved.
Well they work masks and want u to download menu to look at on your phone. They will give a menu upon request. The tables were full with but appeared to be six feet apart. Remember this is Palm Beach County many people don't believe in Covid

You won't need a reservation if you're going at 4 there's plenty of seating it's in the evening during season that it gets very crowded on a recommendation for a reservation is needed
A reservation during "season" is certainly a necessity. Otherwise those who do have reservations will be seated before walk-ins and that could be more than an hour's wait or more. Making a reservation online is easy or merely call and a nice person will be happy to accommodate you.
