I booked two months here for a work trip, which is pricey. Check in was frustrating as they can’t store bags if you’re early and have no real solution for you, so I had to lug my two months worth of things with me to work. Also, you can only communicate via the air bnb app. They gave me a room with a broken bed frame, totally snapped cheap wood underneath with no support. I asked them to fix it and someone kind of patched it up but failed to fix it. This happened multiple times throughout the first two weeks. I had had enough and they moved me to another room which I liked. They never communicated that it would be a temporary move, they just told me they would move me. I unpacked all of my things and the next day while I’m working they tell me it is impossible to stay there and I have to vacate immediately to the original room as they fixed the bed frame and they would compensate for the inconvenienced nights. I was very upset and decided to book another property altogether for the remainder of my stay. They refunded my unused nights but tried refusing to compensate for the suffering and pain I experienced for two weeks sleeping on a broken bed frame, not to mention misunderstandings based on terrible communication. How can you charge full price for two weeks when you fail to provide the basic comfort of a proper bed? Unfortunately air bnb has not been very helpful in this situation either. Air bnb has allowed companies like this to burn and turn units as cheaply as possible with no concept of hospitality. These people have killed the hospitality industry and should be called out on all platforms. I for one am never booking with nomada or any other company that uses air bnb for fast money. Edit: they refunded $400, leaving me to pay $3k for the terrible experience.

Comfortable room, perfect distance from the busier areas to be a little quieter but convenient. Staff was very pleasant and fun to talk with. Worst part was the tight parking ramp entry!

If you booked directly through our website, NomadaResidences.com, you may cancel your reservation at least seven days prior to the check-in date without penalty. If you cancel or shorten your reservation for a unit seven days or less, you are required to pay 100% of the Accommodation Fees for your reservation. Nomada Residences can extend your reservation without penalty if Nomada Residences has occupancy for that particular unit. If you booked through another booking website, you must adhere to that booking channel’s cancellation policy.

Guests have access to all amenities, provided they are made available by the building: On the 6th floor, you’ll find our resort-style pool, gym, and BBQ grills which you can access by reserving a time slot with the Front Desk. (This is to comply with COVID-19 capacity limits as per the CDC and city officials.) We provide pool towels inside the apartment for your convenience. If you take the towel to the pool, please make sure to bring it back. No alcohol or glass containers allowed poolside. Once your package arrives, please make sure to have your tracking number in hand so that the front desk can search for it and you can retrieve it quickly.
