I came in to have a good time with my son after a mall day but unfortunately the person that helped me was throwing out the trash she had a ponytail but she didn’t wash her hands after she took out the trash which personally I found disgusting but kept quiet so I wouldn’t embarrass her because there we other coming in. And the fact that she wasn’t wearing gloves makes me not want to go there again. I might as well go to a cold stone if I’m going to pay high prices for something that isn’t worth it and in an unsanitary environment.

The ice cream and milkshakes here are very delicious and great,except one of the lady's there had given us a small ice cream cup that we asked for and filled it closely only about half of the cup which they don't normally do that,then we ordered a milkshake and the lady had not closed the lid correctly and had spilled,so basically we received bad service. Overall,I think this is a really delicious ice cream place to go too but I just want the employees to be a little more responsible and care enough to do things correctly when somebody is paying for these items which is quite pricey as well.
