I have been to the supermarket 4-5 times in the past one year. Lot of expired products. This time I had soda expired 5 months ago and two pack of molded noodle. When I called, they just said bring the molded, expired stuffs and receipt, we will refund you. First I don't think they were trying to improve. It didn't change, it happens over and over . Second, No apologies for selling customers expired products. I would feel embarrassed that's the service I could provide. Third, it's not about just the couple of dollars, it's also about customer health if they cared. Now I have to keep the molded noodle in my refrigerator until I go next time. That's the only way they would refund me. Speechless. I will get my refund and will not buy anything from this store again.
