Pei Wei is great - a poor man's PF Changs. Great food and very fair pricing. This location is ok. The parking is a bit difficult at times and they're very slow on takeout orders - and make sure you check your food before you leave.

Terrible experience. We had gone a few months ago and the food was terrible. Complained to the manager, Randy who did not do anything. We decided to give it another chance. We got there yesterday (8/26) about 5:30. When we walked in they weren't that busy. They did not have much help. Three people cooking, one girl taking care of the front. One cook walked out. She looked annoyed. Came back about 20 min later. A customer was looking over his takeout order that was obviously done wrong. There was another customer waiting to order before us. A few people walked out. It took 12 minutes for us to place our order. We waited about 15 min for food to come out. It sat on the counter. Food could have been hotter. We ordered 3 dishes they did not come out at the same time. One dish came with the wrong protein and had to be send it back. Waited another 20 min for it to come out. It was very dry. The three dishes hardly had any sauce and rice was hard on two dishes. Did not complain. Girl behind counter had a terrible attitude. This is a horrible location. Very poorly run. UPDATE.. I did reach out to Pei Wei as they had commented on my review and they never responded. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Food was tasty and delivered promptly. However, most of the (Lettuce Wrap) lettuce had brown spots and the edamame didn't seem fresh either. Dissappointing experience. EDIT: No one replied to my email.
