It’s busy and small. The staff is not friendly as they won’t greet neither they care any thing else. You will have barely a place to wait until your order is ready. There are no easy parking available at this place. But the quality is worth it

Went here to pick up drinks for my wife and I, her matcha wasn't made correctly. And also the drive thru girl was very flirtatious and unprofessional, I wear my ring all the time and have never had a teenage girl do this to me so I was very uneasy and uncomfortable in drive thru when she gave me a free drink and asked for my number....why give away free products....and why hit on a married man clearly getting two drinks even if he is alone....made me very uncomfortable. Told my wife about it, she goes there all the time and placed the order through the app for me to make it easier on me since I'm unaware of the sizes and mixs...just made me really uncomfortable, I won't go back. I'll send her lol Didn't get the workers name, I tried not to speak more than I had to

Nice atmosphere for teenagers to meet up and shop around Red Bank. Staff are helpful and pleasant and keep the line moving.

I could not be happier with my most recent experience! Erin was so helpful because I was not familiar with starbucks or their drinks but she was so kind and patient and had no problem answering any questions I had. 10/10 would reccomend this location, specifically Erin
