I can’t recommend this I haul location. We got here at 9:40, time is now ten. There is one person working, and 7 more people in front of me with a line now out the door. Take your money elsewhere.

UPDATE 7/13/22: tried to give the place another chance after using another location for awhile as it was convenient to do so this time… WOSRT I EXPERIENCE EVER! These people have disgusting attitudes, again had an issue with my rental here (other location not one problem, these people are 2/2 now) and they couldn’t care less to help. I’m done with them for good Called ahead to make sure they had the rental available and I was clear to show up within 30 minutes of them closing. They gave me the ok and when I arrived THEY DIDNT EVEN CHECK THEIR COMPUTER. She said that truck is reserved for overnight pick up, and they had another one at check in they didn’t want to check in because they were closing soon. NOT THE FIRST TIME THEYVE DONE THIS

We waited in line for over 25 minutes to buy some boxes and bubble wrap. They had only one employee working and he was rude. Their computer system is archaic and slower than slow Avoid this location and Miguel. UHaul needs to hire more employees and upgrade their system.

I have been calling for 2 and a half hours and no one answers (4/29/2021 - from 12:30 noon until 2:16 pm). I have called several times only to wait on hold for 20 minutes each time while listening to their recording. Master Mechanic or not I can't do business with a company that does not answer their phone.
