Very bad customer service, they keep you on hold, my bill is top of the roof , they are stealing the money, the bills are coming extremely high, the sewer is double and triple of what I used to received. This is very frustrating. Hialeah water is abusing a lot.the The merchant transaction always has a problem 😤 pay by phone not working ether.

Horrible wait time over the phone and office. No correct information given. They disconnect water without notice and even after you've made payment and then they want to charge re connection fee. Example I made a $462 payment early morning and they discon. water after 12 p.m. spent over an hour more like 2 hours. I went and paid in total $749 they said water was going to be turned on before 7 and nothing

be careful what I found out is that even if you pay your bill on time and get a receipt that they are not updating their system and will say you have deliquent charges. I mean if incompetent had a picture every employee in this Dept would be in the dictionary

The city no longer pick up the garbage they contracted out, source out to another company.
They are the worst company ever. They're thieves!!! They take 24 hrs to connect the water but they're good to take your money a $600 bill plus the $75 fee for connection.
