It’s a long 3 miles safety park, where you can do a excellent workout for free ! I ride my road bike and it is always people are walking around !

It's a military air base. You're thinking of more of an airport. If you're looking for an airport in that area you can try Kendall Tamiami. I think the other airport in Homestead is privately owned so you won't have much access.
