Every single time we’re in CA, we always get an In-and-Out, once or twice. The quality is unbeatable, the prices are crazy inexpensive for their quality level, and it is just so darn good! Really delicious!

A very helpful worker noticed that I was missing the cover and straw to my drink. He made sure I had what was missing after I placed my order. As I looked for an available seat, as soon as I sat down, there he was wiping the table clean!. While waiting for my order, I noticed the napkins that are normally stocked by the ketchup stand was empty. After asking him, he was nice to tell me that there's a new regulation and could not be filled. He went out of this way to bring me extra napkins. A very hard worker that went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I am a fan of In-N-Out, but now I am a Bigger fan. Good training and a good employee - Michael!!!

Wow! Only four cars ahead of us and great service from Kevin J. is what made this a five star experience. The burgers are arguably the best fast food burgers on the west coast. I had the double double animal style, I recommend to go that route if you like a little extra flavor. My daughter is vegetarian and they do have a vegetarian burgers option but it’s just a burger with no patty so basically a vegetable sandwich. She enjoyed it. We also had cheesy fries which is nothing glamorous just an order of fries with a slice of American cheese melted on top. The chocolate shake was delicious, malt style. The burger and service made it!

Always happy with our service at this location. The staff are always nice and accommodating. Our food is always correct and DELICIOUS. The only downside that may have been mentioned by other reviews is the long drive thru line that sometimes goes down the street. Hang in there, it moves pretty fast. I usually like to order a double cheeseburger with extra everything (extra lettuce, tomato, cheese), with a whole grilled onion (whole grilled slice - yummy), pickles and chopped peppers..so good! My husband does the same order but a 3 by 3 (3 patties). We always get one animal style fries and regular fries on the side. We also like to get our dog an unsalted patty.
