This store reminded me of random fraud sellers on FB, eBay or Craigslist who would describe their items as Ferrari but sell you Corolla. I went to pick up high end LG TV bought in open box EXCELLENT condition and what they gave me is a floor display model with thousands of hours of usage and missing every single accessory. Not even TV stand or remote. And TV was bubble wrapped. Even store management had no clarity on what qualifies to be an open box excellent condition item. I had to show them on my phone what their own website says about open box excellent but asst. store manager Antonio continued his own narrative. Their website states, Like new with every original accessory included and no scratches/scuffs. Their chat support also confirmed it can’t be display model. Highly unprofessional management that was not even knowledgeable about their own policies. Unethical and frauds!

I had a great experience at Best Buy of Watertown. I wanted to buy a phone for my Mom and a man named Dan helped assist me in finding the phone I was looking for. They had one phone left in stock for the S22 Ultra. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. All around a great experience!

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy online. I ordered a dishwasher. After taking a day off of work, they delivered and installed the wrong machine. Then they searched the truck for the correct one and found that it was damaged. All the could do was offer me a new delivery date--a week later. Then they unexpectedly changed my delivery date. This new date didn't work for me. They didn't care. I canceled my order. Customer Service is horrible. If you get Julio, Dustin, or the manager Halie insist on somone else or better yet, don't use Best Buy.

No, they don't. They do offer financing for qualified customers. You can also schedule delivery up to 6 months in advance for appliances.
