Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Showed up with a few cars in front of me. Wait was maybe 10-15 minutes. Not bad at all for a first come first service business. I have a Stage 1 tuned Elantra N (2.0T). I brought my own oil and filter as the oil I use (5w40) is not what is in the manual (0w30) for my vehicle and they had no issue doing the change with my own supplies and honored my requests. Total time was about 30-35 minutes from when I arrived in line. Will use them again when I am not able to do my own oil changes.

Was told that all synthetic oil was better than all synthetic high millage oil. Definitely not true. Better train your techs on what to tell people. Management was not to concerned about what I was told. Wont be back and my friends and family won't either.

Staff very pleasant and courteous. Went for an oil change and A/C check. They did some up selling but I hadn't serviced my car in awhile... so I purchased the additional parts
