Beautiful old theater.

Love this venue!! It is a remarkable place to see artists perform. Parking is a little challenging bur other than that all seating is good.
Jess
Beautiful venue. Not sure if the plastic cups with lids were mandated by the artist or venue but white claw in a plastic cup is not good.

This was the second time I have seen Joe Bonamassa and his band perform live at the Orpheum (13th time overall), and it was again a great show and a great time. This place is one of those classic old-school theater venues that Joe thrives in!

They just look in your bag when you enter. No clear bag policy
So they sell wine and beer there. And a few cocktails. It's not a giant bar, but there is liquor. You can take it to your seats however they put it in basically a coffee cup with a lid in order for you to do that. So it's like an adult sippy cup. And they take cash or credit at all of their bars
Hello! The Orpheum does not have valet parketing but we do have curb-side pick-up. The drop-off zone is located on the west side of the Orpheum Theater on 16th Street. Courtesy wheelchairs are available and can be requested upon arrival by asking security or an ambassador. Accessible parking stalls are located on streets surrounding the Orpheum Theater and the entrance to the building is on 16th Street. You may also use the accessible parking stalls in the OPPD Energy Plaza garage on Howard Street between 16th and 17th Streets. The Skylink takes you directly to the balcony level of the theater and elevators are throughout. You can learn more about accessibility at the Orpheum here: https://ticketomaha.com/accessibility
I think it depends on the show you're going to see, and your comfortability level. I just saw Wicked a week ago, and shorts and a T-shirt would have been fine, but my wife made me wear jeans and a nice shirt. Others there to see the show were dressed to the nines. My wife explained that for the girls attending, dressing up is all part of the fun and experience.
Hi, Sarah! We hope you were able to find your husband's wallet! In the future, here are our box office phone numbers: 402.345.0606 or 866.434.8587 Call Center hours: 12 pm - 5 pm M-F You can also call: Omaha Performing Arts Administration: 402.345.0202, normal business hours.
Michelle - take a look at your receipt. It most likely says the tickets will be available on your Ticket Omaha app 2 days before the performance. If you log on to the app now, it will show that you have tickets, you just can't view them until 48 hours prior to the performance.
You can call the Ticket Omaha office and see what's available for another date.
Nothing posted yet
Most things are on a day by day basis so you will need to keep an eye on the news
I did not see any, but call them to make sure. They had a section with wheelchairs
It ran ftom 7:30 until about 10:15.
You can bring a purse/bag but it will be searched at the door. Binoculars are ok also.
I would contact them or check the website for a lineup
A child small enough to need a booster seat is unlikely to enjoy the shows presented there and would almost certainly become fidgety and whiney, annoying the people around you who paid $100 for their tickets. Please do everyone a favor and take your child to a park or the zoo.
The Orpheum has booster seats available for free.
Doors typically open 30 mins to an hour before show time!
Any questions regarding storm cancellations or tickets should be addressed to the box office for Omaha Performing Arts Society. I'm a volunteer and am not authorized to speak for them regarding questions about cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds. I'd suggest contacting ticketomaha.com for help, but only If you really can't travel. If you make it to the Saturday matinee, I'll be there somewhere volunteering.
Yes. They will rarely ever cancel a show due to weather.
If there is a barcode that the scanner can read OR you can go to the box office abd get a replacement for your ticket
Palliaci is playing the 18th through the 21st.
You can get to Wicked between 2.5 and 2 hours early for a raffle opportunity to win up to 2 tickets for $25 each.
Just be sure to buy from Ticket Omaha, because any other place is a resell who has increased the price.
I dont know, but if you look at the website you might be able to find that info.
Yes
Magnolia restaurant 1/2 Block South then 1/2 Block west. Good food
I'm a big fan!
Do not bring your two month old at all. Not only would there be a potential safety issue for you or your child in the dark, but also merely out of respect for other ticket purchasers. I personally wouldn't want a baby crying during any performance I have paid for. Nor would I want to potentially ruin an other persons experience. It's about respect on both sides.
Yes. Check with the box office but the last time I went a family in front of us had to go buy a ticket for an infant.
